Accounting Society members are invited to tour the offices of many public, government, and private firms in the Sacramento area. This is a great opportunity to learn more about firms by observing their culture and environment first-hand. In addition to touring the office, each tour includes an in-depth presentation about the firm and its hiring process, games, and valuable networking time. Office tours are scheduled on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00AM-12:00PM or 2:00PM-4:00 PM. More information will be provided in the weekly emails. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early for preparation and allow for traffic delays. Members will be greeted by a board member from the Professional Relations team designated in the reminder email, pick up your name tag, sign in, and sign the thank-you card. Accounting Society will enter the office as a group. Please dress in professional attire for all office tours. These tours are some of the most important events that you can participate in to build a network. Space is limited, so sign up early. If you are unable to attend, please contact a member of the Professional Relations team at least one week in advance. Note: Office tour firms and dates are subject to change. Please check your email regularly for additions and other changes to the announced schedule. You must sign up to attend. Be aware that there are repercussions if you sign up and fail to attend.
